My name is Sammy (Sam based on the info from my previous owner) but my foster parents call me Fang. I am a very calm kitty who like to talk, be petted and brushed. I chill most of the day on my own although I do live with 3 other kitties and do get along with them.  I come greet my folks when they come home and tell them about my day.
I am an older boy with special needs.  I need to eat a special diet food for the rest of my life to make sure my urinary tract stays healthy and no crystals form. My previous humans didn’t care about it and I lived in pain for more than 2 months before they took me to the vet. I have been doing really well in my foster home, with no issues for almost a year now. I know that with the right food and yearly checkups, I will be just fine.
I am not a lap kitty but I do love the attention. I will hang around you and I don’t mind being picked up. I am pretty laid back, cool cat 
I know I have a lot going against me with me being black and 13 years old and potential urinary issues if not monitored but do you have it in your heart to take me in?
