Jerell was turned in by his owners after they were evicted and had no place for him to go. Jerell loves long walks on the beach with an occasional swim in the bay.  He also enjoys car rides and hanging his head out the window to feel the breeze.  He is a sweet little guy that needs a permanent loving home.
