Rookie is an owner give up because his mother moved into an apartment and Rookie was not used to being alone so he barked and disturbed the neighbors.  He is doing better with some training but he will need continued training to keep his barking from being a problem elsewhere.  He is a sweet little guy that has a lot of love and energy.  If you have the time in your life and love in your heart please come meet Rookie and give him a second chance at a good life.
