Poor Jim.  He was seized by animal control and taken to the shelter for neglect aka starving him two times and they reclaimed him.  Luckily for Jim the thrid time he was taken they did not have the money to reclaim him.  He is now free from that neglect and looking for a loving home of his own.  Jim is super sweet and loves everyone he meets.  He needs a second chance at a good life!!
