Reggie was rescued from our local animal shelter.  He was scared and lonely there but came right up to the front of the cage to say hi when our volunteers walked by.  They know they had to rescue him and get him out of there.  Our shelter does the best they can for the dogs that make their way there but sometimes things are just too loud and hectic for some of the dogs.  Reggie is a little love bug that gives kisses every chance her gets :)
