Loki was turned in to ARF because his original owners asked a friend to watch him while they moved and got settled.  Since they moved, the temporary dogsitter has not been able to get in touch with the owners as they will not return any attempts to contact them.  The dogsitter cannot keep Loki because she did nit want a dog and she is pregnant and cannot care for him.  Loki is a quiet little guy that is not sure what is going on.  We are sure he will come out of his shell and understand what is happening to him is a good thing.
