Chance was found tied in front of our adoption facility one Saturday night. One sad part of this story is the clinic was not scheduled to reopen until Tuesday. The other even sadder part is there was a terrible thunder, lightning and rain storm that came that night. He was terrifed tied out in that mess. Luckily for him another local business owner called animal control, they contacted us and we were able to get him inside and safe. He seems very grateful that he is with us now and has another chance at a better life.
