Abby was rescued from a local shelter after her owners turned her in with large mammary tumors. Mammary tumors are easily avoided by having your pet spayed. Her previous owners not only did not care enough to do that, but did not care enough to take care of her after they created this problem for her. We are now in the process of having her mammary tumors removed and having her spayed. Because she is such a small dog, this will take many surgeries and many months of recovery. She is not yet available, but if you think you may be interested, please fill out an application and we can keep you informed on her progress. She is a happy little girl with lots of love to still share. Please encourage friends to spay their animals so they will not have to go through what this poor girl is going through.
