Richaard was rescued from our local animal shelter.  He was covered in matts and literally had dreads in his hair.  We had to shave him down to let his hair start over fresh.  He is a happy go lucky character that loves everyone.  He has been clean in his crate and walks well on a leash.  If you would like to give this guy another chance at a good life please come meet him at our adoption day.
