Elba was found as a stray and brought to us by a good samaritan because they could not keep her.  Although ARF is beyond full with cats and kittens right now we took her in because she had nowhere else to go.  She is super sweet and loves to bump, rub, purr and be pet.  If you would like to add a super sweet loving kitten to your life please come meet Elba :)
