Bailey is a nice little black with white 40 pound dog. He was given up by his owner because their landlords changed their minds about tennants having pets. He is unsure around men, so he needs to be in a home with no men. He is not aggressive, but is terrified, so he needs a man free home :) He does love other dogs, kids, and cats. Bailey needs a permanent home with a care-giver full of love and patience.
