Billy and his son (we believe him to be) Bob were both rescued from our local animal shelter.  They were dumped there after living their lives in a rabbitt hutch.  Most likely another sad ending to another puppy mill breeders life.  They were both in horrible shape and do not look like they have ever been groomed.  Billy is still shy but he is now learning there are some good people in this world and he has finally met them.
