Due to an inpending divorce, Kali's owner could no longer care for her or her best friend Nina so they came to ARF. Nina has found a place--now it's Kali's turn! Sometimes Kali can be somewhat shy on our adoption days since it can be alittle stressful with the noise from the dogs and puppies, but at home she is a sweet and loving girl--very friendly and good with children. She does fine with the other cats and kittens in foster care, sharing food and water bowls very well. (Occasionally if a kitten gets too rambunctious with pouncing on her tail she'll smack it to teach it some manners, but nothing more than that.) Kali likes to lounge by a sunny window, catch a few rays and watch the birds---a bit of a couch potato. Consequently she's slightly overweight and could stand to go on reduced calorie cat food. :) She also enjoys being brushed and petted.
