Petunia was found as an extremely skinny and bony stray at a local flower shop (hence the name). No one has responded to any of the lost cat reports---it's likely she was dumped outside to fend for herself. She is a very friendly petite little kitty that's looking for a forever home although she gets a bit stressed at our adoption days (all that noise!). She is a meduim-haired calico tabby patch cat that looks to have some Persian ancestry in there somewhere. She doesn't have the flat face of a Persian but she has a shorter nose and a wide face. She also has short legs and a more cobby body style (like a Persian). She has spent a few weeks in foster care putting on some much needed weight and growing a nice new healthy coat and is ready to find a new loving home. She does fine with older children and tolerates most of the other cats at her foster home, but probably would be happiest as an only cat. If you would like to meet this beautiful girl, stop by the Well Pet Clinic on Saturday on our Adoption days from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
