Tarragon and his brother Curry were turned in by a lady that did not understand the reprecussions of allowing her unspayed cat to wander.  She thinks she has about 20 cats and kittens living at her house.  She is not totally sure as they keep reproducing and then there are more.  These were 2 of the luckier ones as they ended up with us and will be cared for.
