Diller and his sister (not by blood) Phyllis were turned in by their owner because he did not have time to take care of them.  Diller is a very sweet boy that needs a second chance at a permanent loving home.  Diller needs a home that can provide him with socialization to safe people and animals as he is growing up.  He will also need routine grooming to keep his coat healthy and clean.  Good chow experience would be helpful in raising this little bear to be a well rounded member of society :)
