Betsy was found at a cabin in West Virginia by one of our volunteers.  Apparently a litter had been dropped there and she was the only one left.  Our volunteer knew she would not survive the winter in WV so she brought her home, despite her own cat allergies, to find a good home.  Betsy is a super sweet beautiful girl.
