Riley was rescued from our local animal shelter after he was previously adopted from ARF but turned in there instead of returning him to us as their contract stated they would do.  Apparently Riley was allowed to be a little turd most of his life and now thinks he can get away with murder.  He was also allowed to gain weight and now he is having real issues with a luxating patella.  His foster mom is working on him losing some weight and learning some manners.  Riley neeeds a home with an owner that has good dog knowledge and is willing and able to help retrain him to be a good member of society ;)
