Petunia was turned in to a shelter because her owners were moving.  Do you think they forgot they had a dog when they made their decision to move to a place she could not go?!?!  Their loss.  Petunia is a sweet girl.  she walks well on a leash, likes car rides, likes kids and other dogs and does well in her crate.
