UPDATE:  Ollie is a sweet outgoing fun dog!!  He is doing great in his foster home.  He loves everyone he meets and is doing great with his crate training.  He walks well on a leash now and loves to roll around on the couch with his foster dad.  This guy deserves a loving home.

Ollie did not have the greatest start in life.  He was born to a feral mother and was kept by his mother's owner but she did not have time to socialize him properly.  He is a sweet guy but needs to learn how to walk on a leash and trust new people that he meets.  He wags his tail when you talk to him but he is unsure of your plans for him.  He needs someone who has the patience to work with him and give him time to adjust to their life.
