Shorty has a very sad story - the rest of which we don't even know. He was put in a cat carrier and then dumped outside of our facility on a day we were closed. Luckily someone came by and saw him and contacted one of our volunteers and he was taken in. He was very unsure at first, but is coming around nicely. He is not very fond of men at this time, but that may be from his previous mistreatment.
