Rocky was found running around in the Well Pet Clinic's parking lot where ARF holds it's adoption fairs.  He was a stinky mess and needed a good bath and to maybe get a few hairs cut.  He loves everyone he meets and jumps around and dances for you.  Second picture is his "before" picture.  First picture (main) is what he looks like now :)
