Willie was turned in by his owners.  They said he barked too much and they could not keep him.  We are really not sure what breed he is.  The owners said he was a Lab and Poodle mix but he only weighs 4 pounds at 19 weeks which is not the norm for that breed combo.  He is a little loud but he is just a puppy and needs to be trained.  He is a sweetie that loves too cuddle up and be loved.
