Roxy was found abandoned on a dark deserted road. She was full of mats and her collar was on too tight. She sat there on the side of the road barking, waiting for someone to come help her. Then a nice couple did just that and called us to help her find a new home. Roxy is an older girl at least 10 years, maybe older. She is blind in both eyes, but has very good hearing :) She can most likely see shadows but that is it :( She is full of energy and runs around like a young puppy.
