ARF is a non-profit organization (Animal Rescue Friends, DBA Animal Relief Fund) dedicated to finding homes for abandoned animals. 

We are NOT a shelter. Most of our animals are housed in a small network of foster homes in Southern Maryland. 

AT THIS TIME, WE HAVE SEVERAL DOGS WHO HAVE BEEN IN ARF's CARE FOR NEARLY A YEAR.  We also have many kittens.
Please stop by on our Adoption Saturdays and meet them.
